Customers of Sarah's Flowers™ agree to abide by the following terms and conditions that are in place at the time of placing your order. Sarah's Flowers™ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at their discretion by posting revised terms on the site.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Our Policy

As flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and practical availability, it may be necessary for our florists to make substitutions to flowers, packaging and merchandise in order to deliver orders on time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable.

In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made for flowers of a similar shape, size and value. Different flower types and colours may be used if the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained.

All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value or greater than the original order.

Product Freshness

We only use the freshest and best quality product at Sarah's Flowers™. As such, some stems, including lilies, iris and alstroemeria, may be closed when received.

Website Pricing

All prices on the Sarah's Flowers™ website are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Promotion Codes

Only one promotion code may be used per order. This is applicable for orders placed via the website and the call centre. If you need assistance with an existing promotion code please call us on 1300 448 335 before placing your order.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

When providing your credit or debit card details you are agreeing that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.

We also accept payment via PayPal and Afterpay when ordering online.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, Sarah's Flowers™ will send you a confirmation email summarising your order and providing a reference code for your records.

This email is also your tax invoice for the order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the details of the order provided on the order confirmation to ensure they are correct.

Varying or Cancelling an Order

As we offer a same day delivery service, we would ask that you advise us of any variations or cancellations to your order as soon as possible.

Any variations or changes to your order once it has been placed may incur an additional fee and payment of fees is required prior to delivery.

You may cancel your order at any time, however, if the order has already been dispatched, delivery and wastage fees may apply.

Delivery Club

The Delivery Club is for the standard delivery value of $22.95 and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

The Delivery Club discount is only available to the customer of the original order and cannot be used by any third parties.

After purchase, a unique discount code will be linked to the email address used during the original purchase. For future orders, the discount will automatically apply to the cart when the same email address is used.

If a delivery was unsuccessful by the fault of the customer (e.g wrong delivery address provided) then the cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer. 

Substitutions & Products

Products that are available on www.sarahsflowers.com.au may not be available in certain areas and may be substituted with a product of equal or higher value. This may include, but is not limited to, Sarah’s Flowers branded packaging, Chocolatier chocolates and soft toys.

We have limited the attachments to some Valentine’s Day products to ensure that the product fits inside the presentation box and arrives safely to the recipient. This includes, but is not limited to, chocolates, vases, soft toys and wine.

Location 

Our customer service centre is located in Brisbane city, however, our florist studios and florist partners local to each of our delivery areas make and deliver our flowers. our florist studios are located in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Canberra, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Our florist partners are in Hobart, Adelaide, Wollongong, Townsville and Toowoomba.

Overnight Flower Delivery

Delivery:

We offer our overnight flower delivery service to select locations including regional areas of QLD, NSW, VIC and WA. Delivery lead times may vary depending on the delivery address, so you can choose the next available delivery date during checkout. All deliveries will be facilitated by StarTrack.

Orders for overnight flower range must be placed before the cut-off time of 2pm local time day prior to delivery date.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for the following available delivery date. This information will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

Once the flowers are successfully delivered, a confirmation email or notification will be sent to the customer. If the recipient is not available, the courier may leave the flowers in a safe location or reschedule delivery.

In the event of delivery issues (e.g., incorrect address, recipient not available), we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to resolve the matter. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or address correction.

Product & Quality Assurance:

Flowers are perishable products, and we take utmost care to ensure their freshness.It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information to avoid any delays or issues.

Our overnight delivery option has a restricted product range to ensure quality and freshness of the flowers. This product range will be packaged in our exclusive branded boxes designed for overnight delivery. Each box is crafted to preserve the vitality and beauty of your flowers, ensuring they reach you or your loved ones in excellent condition.

Occasional substitutions may occur due to flower availability at the time of delivery. Any substitutions will maintain or exceed the original value, ensuring your bouquet stays stunning, regardless of the season.

Delivery Protection Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Protection Coverage:

  • What is Covered: Delivery Protection covers instances where a delivery cannot be completed due to:
      - The recipient being unavailable at the provided address.
      - We are unable to gain safe access to a secure delivery location (e.g., locked gates, restricted access buildings).
      - We deem it unsafe to leave the floral gift unattended at the delivery address.
  • In these instances, we will arrange a re-delivery for your recipient at no additional cost.

  • 2. Exclusions:

  • Incorrect Addresses: Delivery Protection does not cover deliveries where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address.

  • 3. Re-delivery Process:

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to a covered reason, we will attempt to contact the sender to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
  • Re-delivery will be scheduled as soon as possible, subject to courier availability. We will make reasonable attempts to redeliver on the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
  • If a re-delivery is required, we will make one further delivery attempt at no additional cost. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, additional charges may apply.
  • If we are unable to contact the customer, after a reasonable amount of time, the flowers may be returned to our store.

  • 4. Purchase and Validity:

  • Delivery Protection must be purchased at the time of placing the order.
  • Delivery Protection is valid only for the specific delivery associated with the order.

  • 5. Australian Consumer Law:

  • These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
